Routines and Procedures
Our Montessori classroom is "child centered." One of the most important guidelines in this environment is respect for oneself, others, and the materials in the classroom. Children are given opportunities to work at their own paces, solve their own problems, and explore their surroundings. We try to assist the children to develop responsibility, independence, concentration, and coordination. The teacher puts much effort into preparing the environment to meet the varied needs of the children.
